Cedar Key Property

You've probably asked yourself a thousand times... in TODAYS COMPLEX WORLD, how do I want to FULLY live my everyday life and where do I want to live it?

If you're not already a Floridian, have you considered the fantastic values Florida has to offer? Where great climate, gorgeous skies, beautiful lakes, rivers, and ocean coastline on both sides of the state beckon to people like yourself wanting to "Live The Good Life".

"Go confidently in the direction of your dreams! Live the life you've imagined. As you simplify your life, the laws of the universe will be simpler. -- Henry David Thoreau"... I couldn't have said it better myself!

Of course our climate and properties on or near the water aren't the only great thing Florida has to offer. What about our laid back way of life... tank tops, T-shirts, no shirts, shorts, cut-offs, flip flops, sandals?... OH YEAH!

How about a place where time itself seems to have taken a step backward and lifestyles are still rich with everyday backyard living, exploration, adventure and good ole southern leisure at its best. Sounds good enough to be sitting in a rocking chair on the big wrap around veranda, drinking a colorful mouth watering mint julep, doesn't it? How about an island scene that lays 3 miles off the Florida Gulf Coast and is only connected to the outside world by many pictorial bridges.

This sleepy tiny little island can be accessed 3 separate ways... air, land and sea. While approaching our County maintained Airport in your private plane, you can see many of the unique and extraordinary island homes and can spot many, many, varieties of birds and other indigenous wildlife that live throughout the islands. This is a real Florida Wildlife and People Sanctuary.

You can utilize the sea access via many different waterways and channels, then moor at the big dock which can accommodate yachts of up to 150 feet with 15 foot of draft, and for smaller boats the City Marina provides 50 slips.

State Road 24 comes from the mainland all the way to the end of the picturesque dock area, with it's quaint art shops and mouth-watering smells coming from the many popular Sea Food restaurants. Restaurants like famous "Frog's Landing", hosted and entertained by Jimmy Frog himself... while showcasing the imaginative and inspiring art work of renouned artist "Linda M. Brandt".

Maybe, just maybe, you've never heard of... Cedar Key Florida
